The physical activity gauge πŸƒ

The WHO recommends 150 minutes of moderate physical activity per week to protect cardiovascular health and reduce the risk of chronic disease. This gauge adds up the time of the activities you record during the week.

All activities count, except meditation, reading, volunteering, eco-actions and daily steps. The gauge starts again from zero every Monday.

The mental activity gauge 🧘

Taking time for your mind every week helps you manage stress and everyday tension. This gauge tracks the time you spend on meditation, yoga and reading.

Weekly goal: 150 minutes. The gauge starts again from zero every Monday. The Discover our Serenity content button takes you to the content in the library.
