You can permanently close your account by following the procedure below.

• Go to your Account Settings ⚙️ (as shown in the image below 👇🏻) > then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Unsubscribe.

• From your Dashboard > go to the Menu (top right of your screen) > then go to Settings > Edit > Delete my account (at the bottom right of this page).

⚠️ Attention, here’s what happens when you delete your account ⚠️

1. The complete deletion of your account will be effective in 24 hours. By deleting your account, you will permanently erase all activities and data synced to this application.
2. This action is irreversible.
3. If you have joined another Heroes app with the same account (i.e., the same email address), your history will be preserved on that other app. You will also need to unsubscribe from that app if you want to fully delete your account. For more information: What is the purpose of my Heroes account?

Here’s an example

1️⃣ With my account example@heroes.com, I created a Heroes account and joined the apps United Heroes and Running Heroes , two different Heroes apps.
2️⃣ I decided to leave the Running Heroes app and stay on United Heroes
3️⃣ I need to unsubscribe from Running Heroes (see the steps above ☝️ )
👉🏻 this will erase my history on Running Heroes
👉🏻 this will keep my history on United Heroes
4️⃣ I will still be able to access my account on United Heroes and my history with example@heroes.com
