How to add my activities?

To finalize the creation of your account, participate in our app, and start adding your first activities, you can:

  • Choose one of the many compatible apps and link it so that each new activity you complete is automatically synced to your account.

  • (☝🏻 available only on certain apps and for specific sports).

    1️⃣ On your Dashboard, click the Add__1_.png button at the top-right of the screen

    2️⃣ Then fill in:

    • the date of the activity
    • the type of activity from over 60 options!
    • the duration of the activity
    • the distance of the activity (if applicable)
    3️⃣ Verify the information is correct: for instance, a short stretching session done recently, 15 minutes for 15 pts ⚡️. Then click Create Activity. PopFrame 04:16 15-21-19.jpg

    This method is perfect for creating an activity if:
    👉 you don’t use a watch, tracker, or connected app
    👉 you engage in activities that aren’t GPS-trackable (boxing, yoga, weightlifting, etc.). You can create these sessions in some of our compatible apps.
    👉 you participate in challenges requiring non-trackable activities like Eco-Action or household tasks. Be sure to check the challenge conditions 😉.

  • If some of your activities didn’t sync automatically from your sports app to your Sport Heroes account, you can import them using the relevant app.
    Here’s how to do it.

In summary, you have 3 options to add activities:

1️⃣ Connect a sports app to automatically sync your activities (recommended 😉)
2️⃣ Manually add your activities using the Add__1_.png button (handy for specific activity types)
3️⃣ Import activities using .gpx, .tcx, or .fit files (a good plan B, but works only on web versions)
