How does the Rewards section work?​

The more you train, the more points you score, so far, it makes sense! 😉

On some of our apps (blobid11.png, blobid0.png), you'll find a Rewards section where you can redeem coins against rewards (promotions on equipment, nutrition, etc.) There is a lot to discover here to reward your efforts 🤩 !

Redeem a reward

  1. Log in to your account on blobid11.png, blobid0.png
  2. Go to the Reward section
  3. Select the country you live in
  4. Choose the reward you want, but make sure you have enough credit to redeem it: your total of coins is displayed at the top of the Rewards page. See below how it is calculated.
  5. Click the reward, then Redeem, and then Confirm. 
  6. A promotion code is now displayed, you can copy it, but if you don't, no worries ✋🏻: you'll find it in the My Codes section that sums up all the codes you have redeemed.

💡Remember to read all the conditions of use of the code before spending your credits.

How coins are calculated

The more active you are, the more points you score: see how points are calculated. But to get a Reward, you need to spend Coins. They are obtained like this 👇🏻

  • When adding activities to your account thanks to your efforts, you earn points ⚡, see how they are calculated.
    Then, we convert them into Coins: 5 points ⚡ = 1 coin
  • Your Coin balance starts increasing only after joining the app.
    Here is an example:
    👉🏻 You joined Running Heroes blobid0.png on 1st Jan. 2024, your Running Heroes blobid0.png Coins balance will start on this date.
    👉🏻 But if later in the year you join United Heroes blobid11.png on 1st Jun. 2024, your United Heroes blobid11.png Coins balance will only increase thanks to the points score since 1st Jun. 2024.
    👉🏻 Your two coin balances can, therefore, be different.

💡 Please note:

  • Some rewards have an expiration date and specific conditions: make sure to carefully read them before choosing them 📄
  • It is not possible to cancel a reward redeem: be sure to choose the reward you want most 🎁
