Where can you find your score?
- You can find your score on your Home page or on your Profile. It shows the total number of points you've accumulated during the current month.
In some of our apps, your team’s position in this month’s ranking will also be displayed ☝🏻
You’ll see the points earned this month, but also for other time periods like last month, last week, by sport, etc.
💡 Go to the Ranking menu to check it out. Don’t forget to use the available filters by clicking "Filter" at the top right of the screen.
You can also find your This Month and This Year score in your Profile: it shows the points earned, as well as the number of sessions by activity type, number of daily steps, etc. 🔥
What about credits?
In some of our apps, you can access the Donations and Rewards section: in addition to points, your efforts are converted into credits: 5 points ⚡ = 1 credit
Thanks to your Credits, you can redeem Rewards available in your Profile.

What to do if you notice errors in your points calculation?
Here are a few steps to check:
- About points ⚡ :
Make sure you're logged into the correct account. Sometimes users accidentally create another account and start accumulating points separately on a second one.
If you're part of a team, check that you're using the correct filters in the ranking or that you haven’t recently switched teams.
- About credits
:
Go to the Rewards section to check if you haven’t recently made a purchase. You may have redeemed a reward using credits without realising it, which reduced your total.
If you're registered in multiple United Heroes apps, your credits are counted from the date you joined that app.
For example, if you joined Running Heroes two years ago and United Heroes one month ago, you’ll have far fewer credits on your United Heroes account 😉
