How to sync your activities from Strava with Apple Health to United Heroes?

Automatic synchronisation from Strava is not possible, but United Heroes offers the possibility to sync your activities recorded on Strava using the connection with Apple Health.

Note:

✅ These steps only work if you are using an iPhone and the Apple Health and Strava apps.
💡 You must use one of our Heroes mobile apps available on the Apple Store to continue; unfortunately, these steps cannot be applied to the web version.

Step 1: On your Strava account

  1. Go to your Strava profile and then to settings (small gear ⚙️ at the top right)

  2. Go to the section Apps, Services & Devices

  3. Click on Health and validate by clicking "Connect"

  4. Then authorise data sharing between Strava 🔄 Apple Health

Step 2: In the Apple Health app

  1. Click on your profile picture/initials at the top right of the screen

  2. Go to Privacy > Apps & Services, and find the Heroes app you are using. We will use United Heroes mceclip0.png for the example below.

  3. Enable all categories (if you see "Turn Off All," it means the connection is active)

The purpose of this operation is to:
✅ Link the Strava and Apple Health apps
✅ Link your Apple Health app to the United Heroes app (as in the example here)
Your Strava activities will be synchronised with our app.

Finally, open your app

  1. Go to your dashboard

  2. Click on your activity in your activity feed

  3. The source must be "Apple Health".
