My activity is grayed out and there is an error displayed, what can I do?

Some activities in your activity feed appear in grey? You can click on the activity to find out why it was marked as invalid ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป

  • If several activities have been added to your account at the same time, we will only accept the first one synchronized with your account.
    โ˜๐Ÿป You can delete the other activity performed at the same time to force our system to validate the correct one: click on the activity and select Delete > Confirm
    ๐Ÿ’ก To avoid this, keep only one sports app connected to your account. To learn more about this: How do I disconnect my sports app?
    ๐Ÿšถ๐Ÿป๐Ÿšถ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ This may be the case if you have multiple ways to track your daily steps (e.g., your smartphone's pedometer, and a third-party app (Google Fit, Apple Health, Garmin, ...) = only one step total is kept per day ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ

  • Our system does not accept activities that are:

    • too fast โ€“ depending on the type of activity, we have set a maximum speed that must not be exceeded

    • too long โ€“ beyond a certain distance, we consider it achievable by very few people. However, to validate it, provide a screenshot of this activity and we will review it again

    • too short โ€“ sometimes your compatible app does not correctly record your activity (distance = 0 m if GPS tracking did not work; or duration = 0 min) and it therefore cannot be taken into account.

  • Depending on the Heroes app you are registered in, you may manually add activities: to see the list, click on the Add__1_.png button available on your Profile, Home page and Move โšก๏ธ.
    However, note that they may be marked as invalid in another of our apps. For your activities, we strongly recommend also adding them to one of the compatible apps.

  • If you have reached this limit of 6 activities per day, the latest activities will automatically be marked as invalid. To avoid this, avoid multiple short activities. Your daily step summary counts as one of these 6 activities.
